Bluetooth Padlock and Cable Seal
A Bluetooth padlock needs no SIM card, no gateway and no monthly fee: the operator's phone is the link. The ABD_BLE_806 opens only on an encrypted authorisation for that site, that time window and that person. The ABD_BLE_806_QF does the same job as a steel-cable seal for vehicle doors and valves.
The lowest-cost way to put every opening on record
Where someone has to be at the lock anyway — a planned round, a delivery, a maintenance visit — a Bluetooth lock gives you the same control and the same records as a 4G one, without a SIM card in every lock.
No SIM, no monthly fee
The lock talks only to the phone in the operator's hand. There is no data plan to buy, no gateway to install and no carrier to choose.
Site, time window, person
Each opening needs an authorisation for that lock, that time window and that person. If any one does not match, the lock stays shut and the attempt is recorded.
Both ends on the record
Locking goes through the app as well as unlocking, so the ledger shows who secured the lock as clearly as who opened it — lock number, operator, time and phone position.
Works where there is no signal
In a basement, a tunnel or on a mountain road the app opens the lock on the permit it already holds. Records queue in the lock and the phone, and upload when coverage returns.
Battery changed in minutes
One primary lithium cell, no wiring and no charging. Low battery is reported in advance, and the cell is changed on site with the supplied spanner.
No key to copy or lose
There is no mechanical cylinder. When someone leaves, their rights are withdrawn on the platform in one step — nothing to collect, no lock to change.
ABD_BLE_806_QF Bluetooth cable seal
The same electronics and the same app, with a coated steel cable in place of the shackle. It is built for fleets: the cable goes through door hasps, container locking bars and valve handles that are too wide apart or too awkward for a shackle.
Sealing needs authorisation just as opening does, so every load has a named person at both ends. The seal number is laser-etched beside a QR code on the front, so it can be scanned to bind or read by eye at the dock.

A battery bay, not a keyway
The round cover on the underside is the battery bay. It opens only with the dedicated spanner supplied with the lock, and the cell is changed on site in a few minutes — no disassembly, no return to the factory.
Standby is over two years at normal use. How often the lock is opened and closed matters far more than its sleep current, so a lock operated several times a day needs a new cell sooner. Low battery is reported in advance, so cells can be changed in batches on a routine round.

Bluetooth or 4G?
Both run on the same platform and the same app, so they can be mixed on one site or in one fleet. The question is whether anyone needs to act from a distance.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with an iPhone?
Not yet — the iOS app is on its way. Today the app runs on Android. If your staff carry iPhones, tell us when you plan to deploy, or look at the 4G smart padlock, which can be opened remotely from the platform.
Does a Bluetooth padlock need a SIM card or a gateway?
No. The lock connects only to the operator's phone, and the phone carries the records to the platform. There is no SIM, no data plan and no gateway.
The trade-off is that someone has to be at the lock to open it. If you need to release a lock from the office, or want a cut alarm the moment it happens, look at the 4G smart padlock.
Can it be opened where there is no mobile signal?
Yes. The app holds the permit it was issued and opens the lock with it as normal. The records wait in the lock and in the phone, and upload automatically once the phone is back in coverage.
How long does the battery last?

Can we drive the lock from our own app and platform?
Yes. Integrators get the advertising specification and a compiled SDK, and commands go through the SDK or our app. You can also use our hosted platform, which has no platform or licence fee, or have a dedicated copy deployed on your own servers. See Platform & App and OEM / ODM.
What happens when a staff member or driver leaves?
Withdraw their rights on the platform and they can no longer open anything. There is no physical key to recover and no lock to change. Permits also expire on their own at the end of their time window.
Can you put our logo and numbering on it?
Yes. Your logo, lock or seal numbers and QR codes are laser-marked free of charge, at any quantity. Changes that alter the part itself, such as a new mould or housing shape, start at 1,000 pcs.
