We are a smart lock OEM manufacturer for companies that already have a platform and need the hardware underneath it to open up: a documented interface, an SDK, data that lands on their own servers, and a device that carries their name rather than ours. The locks and electronic seals are what we build that on.
Hardware, firmware, app and platform — one team
Everything below is done by the same team. There is no module vendor in the middle deciding what we are allowed to expose, which is why the interface can be opened up and the firmware changed for a customer at all.
Embedded firmware
Written in-house: low-power scheduling, motor drive, sensing and modem management. One codebase across our 4G, LoRa and Bluetooth products, so behaviour is the same whichever radio you choose.
Hardware design
Schematic, PCB layout, BOM and Gerber files produced in-house and taken into production for DFM and ramp-up.
Mobile apps
Android today, iOS coming soon. We deliver the complete app under your brand, the source code, or a compiled Bluetooth SDK for your developers to build into their own app.
Cloud platform
The management platform is our own product, not a licensed one — hosted by us, deployed on your server, or connected to the system you already run.
Mechanical design
Housing design and tooling. Cable length, housing colour, marking and asset-numbering conventions are all specifiable.
Assembly and test
Final assembly, firmware loading, functional test and export packing on our own line in Dongguan.
Your servers, your data
Using our cloud platform is not a condition of buying our hardware. The locks can report straight to your servers, or our platform can be deployed for you under your own name.
Your authorisation policy, your users and every record generated in the field belong to you.

Commands are AES-128 encrypted and authorised by the platform.
Delivered under your brand
Hardware and software can both ship with no ORMA identity on them. The app and the platform carry your brand throughout the interface, and the device carries your marking.
- Device — laser-marked logo, Bluetooth device-name prefix matched to your asset numbering, housing colour, packaging and manual
- Software — app and platform in your name, or the app source code handed over
- Firmware behaviour — advertising behaviour, device state carried in the advertising packet for reading without a connection, wake strategy, reporting interval
- Regional versions — cellular bands and the matching radio approvals are scoped per project against your target market; LoRa products take the regional band plan directly
Your logo is free. A new housing is from 1,000 pcs.
Your logo, serial numbers and QR codes are laser-marked onto the standard housing at no charge, at any quantity, with no minimum.
Anything that changes the part itself — a new mould, moulded-in text, a different housing shape or other tooling — starts from 1,000 pcs.
Four stages
1 · Assessment
Scope, radio and feature list agreed; model recommendation and quotation.
2 · Design
Schematic, mechanical design and firmware specification frozen. The protocol documentation and SDK are delivered here.
3 · Prototype
First articles, functional bring-up and a proof of concept on a real route or site. Sign-off once the issue list is closed.
4 · Production
Test jigs and firmware loading handed to the line, batch sampling and shipment reports, then firmware maintenance for the life of the project.
Built and tested on our own line
Parts are inspected on arrival, then assembled, tested and packed in Dongguan.
Frequently asked questions
Can you put our logo on the locks?
Yes, free. Your logo, serial numbers and QR codes are laser-marked at any quantity. A new mould, moulded-in text or a different housing shape is from 1,000 pcs.
Do we have to use your platform?
No. The locks can report to your own servers, or you can use our hosted platform, have it deployed for you, or build your own. See Platform & App for the four routes.
What protocol documentation do you give?
The advertising specification in full, the command set through our app or a compiled SDK, the status and error codes, and engineering support during integration. We do not release SDK source code or security internals.
Can you certify the product for our market?
Radio approvals and regional versions are scoped per project against your target market. Tell us the country and the carrier and we will tell you what applies and what it involves.
